April Lockhart

April Lockhart born 4 July 1995. She started the guitar and piano lessons in seventh grade. This sparked curiosity. April's very first song was called Different, which she wrote when she was 12 years old. She spent lots of time when she was 14 making songs and practicing music. Over the next few months, she started taking notes with her father in LA in addition to NY. April also began incorporating additional relevant subjects into the"Take my Hand song for some acquaintances, including peer pressure issues and suicide among teens. Lockhart is an influencer in the beauty and lifestyle industry who has a growing number of followers. She collaborates with the renowned brand Ilia in partnership, as well as being a lifestyle expert. Her birth was without a left hand. It's an aspect of her identity, but that's not the entire story. Lockhart does not deny that she has a disability on her Instagram account, but she doesn't make it the focus of it. What message does it convey? that we are all a part of a multitude that our identities are complex and we're more than our physical selves. It's not my intention to let that be the only thing that defines me. I don't intend to become an influencer in which I only talk about because there are many different elements to me Lockhart states in video form from her home in Nashville. However, it doesn't affect my day-to-day routine. I do the normal things and have adjusted to the limitations of my disability. However, it's a component of me and I feel it's essential to discuss. Lockhart is a huge example to other women regarding self-acceptance. Still, she admits that she went through a series of phases regarding her appearance, feeling insecure at times to wear clothes that showed her arms. She is able to wear anything she'd like, and happily shares pictures of her in these outfits. The journey itself is the most important thing. I don't know that will ever be the end of self-love. This is true for everyone regardless of levels of anxiety. It's important to surround yourself with people who can see and know your true heart.
