The idea was to get the politicians' attention and prompt them to take action to stop the global warming. Swedish media caught Thunbergs striking and word of her protest spread. Thousands of students around all over the world joined her #FridaysforFuture strike, skipping classes on Fridays to protest the effects of climate changes. Climate activists all over the world took part in their efforts to organize the Global Strike for Climate. It was a massive success with over 1.6 million people from over 125 countries participated.

Nia Peeples is born Virenia Gwendolyn. She is an American performer and a singer. She is famous for portraying the role in the role of Nicole Chapman on the series Fame as well as of Pam Fields on the drama Pretty Little Liars.
